6 months of support is provided by our support team, if your support expires and you want it then you have to purchase extra support. Updates are shown in your “My Product” tab on the purchased product.

Our technical team provides support on working days (Monday to Friday) from 10 AM- 6 PM. In case of some urgent cases, we also provide support on non working days (Only Saturday).

If you purchase an item with a regular license, you get support for 6 months. Same as if you purchase an item with an extended license, you get support for 12 months. After that, your support will expire

To open a support ticket visit the given link:- Generate a ticket After that select your query type- it is a pre-sale query or post-sale query. After selecting the query type, describe your query in detail with proper images, attachments, zip files, and screenshots. Our team resolved your query within 24 hours.

We do not provide support on customization, or when customers modify the source code of the product, server site setup, etc. We only cover frontend issues and development issues for frontend templates and vice versa.
