The Regular License allows you to use a purchased digital product to create one end product for yourself or one client.
This license is suitable for personal projects, business websites, client websites, applications, and other custom implementations where the final product is provided free of charge to end users.
1. Use the item for one personal project.
2. Use the item for one client project.
3. Customize, modify, and edit the item.
4. Combine the item with your own content, branding, images, and code.
5. Transfer the completed project to one client.
6. Create unlimited copies of that single completed project.
7. Use the item worldwide for commercial or non-commercial purposes.
1. Resell, redistribute, or share the original source files.
2. Upload the item to another marketplace, website, repository, or file-sharing service.
3. Use the item to create another template, theme, plugin, UI kit, or downloadable product for resale.
4. Allow others to download or extract the original item.
5. Use the item for multiple separate client projects with a single license.
6. Claim ownership of the original item.
7. Use the item in logos, trademarks, or registered brand identities.
One license equals one end product.
If you want to use the same item for another website, application, client, or project, an additional license must be purchased.
The original author retains all ownership and intellectual property rights.
Purchasing a license grants usage rights only. Ownership of the item is not transferred.
Some products may include third-party assets, fonts, libraries, or open-source components.
Such components remain subject to their respective licenses.
This license automatically terminates if its terms are violated.
Upon termination, all use of the item must cease immediately.
If you intend to charge end users for access to the final product, sell the final product, or distribute it commercially to customers, purchase an Extended License.
