This module integrates the objects, data, actions of core Perfex CRM (Sales, Customers, Leads, Expenses, Contracts, Projects, Tasks, Support,...) and the modules below (if they are already activated):

- Workflow Management:
- Global & Private Workflows: Create workflows visible to the entire organization (Global) or restricted to the workflow owner (Private).
- Bulk Actions: Enable, disable, export (Excel/PDF/CSV), duplicate, or delete multiple workflows at once.
- Filtering & Search: Quickly locate workflows by type (My, Global, All) or by status (Active/Inactive).
- Visual Workflow Builder:
- Drag-and-Drop Designer: Intuitive canvas for defining triggers, conditional branches (If/Else), and a sequence of actions.
- Error Handling & Notifications: Configure automatic alerts to the workflow owner when a step fails or the workflow is deactivated.
- Reusable Task Templates: Define common task structures that can be inserted into multiple workflows, reducing design time.
- Workflow History & Audit:
- Execution Logs: Detailed history view showing success/failure status, duration, and node-by-node results for every run
- Exportable Reports: Download execution history in Excel, PDF, or CSV formats for auditing and compliance.
- Pending & In-Progress Tracking: Monitor workflows waiting on external events (e.g., email delivery, API response).
